We’re thrilled to announce that an anonymous donor has generously provided a side of Beef Cut & Wrapped approximately 800 lbs of meat with a  $5,500 value—complete with briskets, rump, sirloin roasts, ribs, T-bone, sirloin steaks, stew meat, minute steaks, and hamburger—this will  be raffled off at all three derbies with the proceeds going straight to the final Shootout prize pool.. This raffle will help support the shootout with over $15,000 in cash and prizing being offered to the winners. The winning team will be guaranteed a $10,000
